Here's a helpful 45-Minute introductory training session and supporting materials on developmental assets. The design is a tool from the new manual, Asset Building the YMCA Way: A Guide to Creating Abundant Assets for and with Young People. Many of you have requested such a training to use with your boards, staff, constituencies, and community partners.
